At Hurricane Detailing, we treat every vehicle like it’s our own. Because our services involve significant time, specialized labor, and professional-grade materials, all sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds.
However, we are 100% committed to the "Hurricane Standard." If we don't hit the mark, we’ll make it right.
The "Make It Right" Guarantee

The 24-Hour Window: We ask that you perform a final walk-around with us upon completion. If you spot something later that we missed, please notify us within 24 hours of your service.

The Re-Service: If the results do not meet the standards of the package you purchased, we will return to your location and re-service the specific area of concern at no additional cost to you.

Exclusions: This policy covers workmanship only. It does not cover new dirt, weather-related issues, or pre-existing damage (like deep scratches or permanent upholstery stains) that were identified during our initial pre-inspection.
